From 226a95aab09b9e1f43f61e78179bfa1135816c2d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Peter Powell Date: Sun, 28 Apr 2013 12:17:53 +0100 Subject: Add method for writing server notices. This allows us to send a server notice to a user without worrying about whether they are registered or not. If a user receives a server notice and they are not registered then the nickname field will contain an asterisk instead of their nick name. --- src/modules/m_denychans.cpp | 4 ++-- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) (limited to 'src/modules/m_denychans.cpp') diff --git a/src/modules/m_denychans.cpp b/src/modules/m_denychans.cpp index b97c74f9b..5c46b69ca 100644 --- a/src/modules/m_denychans.cpp +++ b/src/modules/m_denychans.cpp @@ -48,7 +48,7 @@ class ModuleDenyChannels : public Module if (!ServerInstance->IsChannel(redirect, ServerInstance->Config->Limits.ChanMax)) { if (user) - user->WriteServ("NOTICE %s :Invalid badchan redirect '%s'", user->nick.c_str(), redirect.c_str()); + user->WriteNotice("Invalid badchan redirect '" + redirect + "'"); throw ModuleException("Invalid badchan redirect, not a channel"); } @@ -68,7 +68,7 @@ class ModuleDenyChannels : public Module { /* is a badchan */ if (user) - user->WriteServ("NOTICE %s :Badchan %s redirects to badchan %s", user->nick.c_str(), name.c_str(), redirect.c_str()); + user->WriteNotice("Badchan " + name + " redirects to badchan " + redirect); throw ModuleException("Badchan redirect loop"); } } -- cgit v1.3.1-10-gc9f91
